How to Remove a Monitor from the AirGradient Dashboard

Remove a Monitor

Steps

  1. Open the AirGradient Dashboard
  2. Go to Hardware
  3. Find the monitor you want to remove
  4. Click the Admin (gear) icon
  5. Select Edit Monitor under Monitor Information
  6. Click Delete

This removes the monitor from your dashboard and unlinks it from that location.

Remove a Location

If you no longer need the linked location (What are locations?), you can delete it as well.

Steps

  1. Open the AirGradient Dashboard
  2. Go to the Locations
  3. Open the Admin settings for the location you want to remove using Admin (gear) icon
  4. Click Edit Location
  5. Select Delete Location

Note: Deleting a monitor (the hardware entity) removes only the device, deleting a location also removed the data linked to that monitor.

Need to Re-register the Device?

Once removed, the monitor can be added again to another dashboard (Place):
